Elf

Elf, in itself, refers more to a generalization of the species. In reality, there is no one people that is known simply as an "Elf". Between the several varieties of Elves, they all share certain qualities that define the species as a whole. Generally, these traits include; elongated and pointed ears, fair skin, excedingly long lifespan, natural affinity to magic, and a general sense of physical beauty. Elves are found in most regions and realms of the world, very few places are barren of Elves; however, only one type of Elf usually dominates the population of Elves at any given place.

Different Elves are viewed differently depending on the Elven race, the other race in consideration, and where they are.
