Dahl

A strong man from Ord Mantell and a veteran of the war. Dahl is a lieutenant who came from a poor farming family on Ord Mantell. It was by chance, or as some say the will of the force, that he was recruited into the Republic army. He refused to back down to a republic soldier harassing the local villagers of his hometown when he was only 15. The commanding officer amongst the soldiers passing by was impressed by his moxie and sent a recommendation to recruit this young boy. Upon receiving a letter stating he was to be recruited into the republic army Dahl jumped at the opportunity immediately, his parents supporting him fully seeing this a chance for him to get off the planet and make a better life for himself.
During a long career and long postings on many worlds he met Irinda, a Twi’lek four years younger then himself. They eventually got married but had no children as he did not want to risk making more orphans in the world knowing the dangers of his job. A strong body and mind made him a natural leader and a great soldier, his only true weakness would be that he would sacrifice himself or even a mission to save his own troops or civilians. After many years of hard fighting in harsh environments he managed to get a rather relaxed posting on Balmorra, eventually bringing Irinda to live there as well. A posting he hoped to keep until his retirement.
He was killed by the Ordo on Seswenna.
