Martyr

The title of “martyr” is bestowed upon those who died for their beliefs. As such the title is awarded posthumously. It is a title that all should aspire to, but not one that should actively be sought. Life is too precious to be thrown away, but if it is to be ended in battle, then let it be a sacrifice for the Lord!
