Ludovic Burgess

Ludovic is an unusual site to see in any city. This aging beholder wears a pair of glasses and a finely tailored cape. It doesn't take long to notice that his central eye is grey and cloudly as well as several of the eyes on stalks. When talking to Ludovic he typicaly brings two eyes down to the glasses to see you while talking leaving the third to move things for him via telekinesis.
