The Plane of Ice is the home to and embodiement of Elin, The Frigid Blight

Formed at the end of the The First Revolution like all other elemental planes, the plane of ice is a frozen pit that freezes all that comes within it. Near impossible to traverse, the plane is home to the frozen graves of many non-elementals sent here.
