The Ethereal Plane

The Ethereal Plane is formed of the balance of energy from both the Positive and Negative Energy Plane. 
The plane overlaps all other planes and is home to rare creatures that use the plane as a hunting ground to phase in and out of existence. The plane is also used my practicioners of magic who can use the plane to teleport, become ethereal, and many other magical effects.
