The Dimension of Time

The Dimension of Time is a endless web of future and past branching time lines. Near impossible to access for any being whether God or mortal, the dimension of time is one of the core factors holding this universe together.
All those that visit will experience a different version of events, being thrown around multpile time streams and likely never to return.
It is theorised that one incredibly powerful enough could stabalise themselves on the plane as Otune has and from there, they would have as much control of time as the Goddess herself.
