Rusnisc, The Trader, is the Devil Prince of Rus, the second layer of The Nine Layered Hells.

Rusnisc is the only Prince aside from Zelezeth, Lord of the Hells to have ruled his layer since the creation of the hells, always ensuring that his layer is ran to the peak of efficiency and that the economies of hell are prospering.
