Pleasance Hart is the new Company Representative for Redwater. Pleasance works for The New Drana Mining Corporation and is in Redwater to ensure the company's mine and its profits are running smoothly.
A native of Saint Allowa, Pleasance is used to the finer things in life often seen wearing long fancy dresses with her hair pulled tightly into a bun adorned with a simple silver hairnet. Despite the rough conditions of Redwater her outfit never seems to ruin.
A pragmatic but also caring person, Pleasance knows the job she has but tries to ensure that the miners are treated well and profit comes second. This displeased her higher ups and as such she was sent to Redwater to replace their missing Representative and find out why the mine had stopped producing as a final chance to keep her job.
