Peregot Prisoner's Alliance

The Peregot Prisoner's Alliance was formed by the escapees of Peregot Prison during the early days of The Phosanan Uprising.

Led by Thomas Pictor, the non-aggressive criminal escapees took part in Aarto Bearfist's War Council to establish how the group was going to take down the High Council of Phosana.

The Prisoner's Alliance joined up with Kasdoor Broadbuckle and his guerrilla fighters to harass the refineries, mines, and drills of Lord of Industry, T'Zellyn Hightower. Many of the alliance were not fighters, simply thieves, beggars, or political prisoners, but they soon took up arms in the aid of freeing their country from oppression.
