Ilsau, The Twelth

Ilsau, The Twelfth is in the process of grand social change. Two years ago a people’s revolt overthrew the Duke due to his iron fisted rules and has since established a people’s republic funded by mutual trade within the Empire and throughout the world. Ilsau is watched closely by those in power elsewhere, and acted as a warning for those who abuse their power. The Emperor allows the people's republic to stand as long as they remember they are under his rule and their ideas of revolution don’t get too large.
