Estan

Estan is home to the Dragon Hills and the land in which mortals first learned Arcane magic. Spellcasting and sorcery have been a staple of Estan’s culture since the beginning of the Age of Renewal, many a mortal sat at the base of the Dragon Hills and learnt from the children of the Knowing Lord themselves. After the Delarsa War the dragons spread amongst the world but the wizards remained. Home to dozens of separate Conclaves, any aspiring mage with the money and will makes their way to Estan if they are truly wanting to be a master of the arcane arts.
