Dislan, The Ninth

Dislan, The Ninth is a nation ruled by Hobgoblins and other goblinoids. Formed during the schism and harassed by the Waukan Empire, Dislan signed over their sovereignty to the Dawn Empire in order to help defend against the onslaught of armies. Considered a haven for those deemed monstrous by others, Dislan is often forgotten about by the other duchies and as such has managed to gain more sovereignty back despite still being very much under the watchful eye of the Emperor.
