Darkwood is a special rare type of wood from Darkwood trees. 

Darkwood is a beautiful deep purple colour, looking almost brown until hit by the light.

It is unlike other wood types as it is as hard as metal, though half as light, and cannot be burnt. 

Harvesting and crafting with Darkwood requires immense and highly specialised skill.
