Faction in Saltmarsh. They are devoted to protecting the isolated way of life here - shich includes smuggling and neutrality in many of the wars around it.

This is more of a loose alliance and an attitude than an organization.

Public Agenda

To maintain the status quo in Saltmarsh. They have been isolated, out of the main run of political change, and like to keep it that way. They are also at times associated with smuggling (if not piracy).
