Merchants' Guild

This includes all merchants in the city—there are three or four chapters: the Old City Chapter, the Riverfront Chapter, the Northbridge Chapter, the Southbridge Chapter. These chapters have long since extended beyond the strict limits of their names. There are also guilds for every known type of merchant. The broad guild is responsible for assessing and administering dues—the sub-guilds tend to provide the services.
