Meeb
A crimson and pale-bellied ryclin, seen wearing a yellow keeper suit. He was modified with a large frill around his neck, not unlike a frilled lizard, and very likely originated from a birthplace along Iskaar. He was a complicit bystander in a criminal operation of aubducting Sandra Clayhearth. After taking them to accountability, Meeb was actually left as the only known on-station survivor. Because of how lonely and horny he was for her, its very likely he's since moved onto enjoying plenty of printable breeder units to himself on the station.

Motivation
While the main crime of taking Sandra was likely more of his friend Yiak's doing, Meeb personally saw value in the prospect, and envied the ownership of Sandra. As he was told to watch her in an ill-thought move, the lioness quickly flirted with him, and infatuated him beyond his own self-control. She sweet-talked him into promising a ship escape, and to be a runaway couple. He protested a little, feeling sorry for Yiak, but was far too horny to keep his focus straight. Sandra accidentally over-play him until his errection forced itself out of his pants, and slowed them down a great deal until they were caught... however Sandra disposed of his friends, and felt like he wasn't worth killing in his climax-induced sleep.
