Kyberian Temporal Ruster

Often called either a Temporal Ruster or KTR for short, it earned its longer form name from more alien curiosity and a larger reputation extended towards it. Its a device in multiple colors, often a muted blue-gray tone. It could be described as a T-Shaped device with the handles being double-sided, options in front, and a long barrel at the end. Its a little clunky with deliberate function, not meant to be used easily by the young, aliens, or fighters. Its options are slow, and its actual function takes a few seconds to take effect, but it tends to rapidly age small materials based on set options. The intent is to erase pieces of old buildings that don't belong, and to rebuild them better with easily assembled tools that are better applied to cleared spots. It has been designed strictly to target non-organic matters, and runs off a condensed rift-energy battery.
