Hylas Safari Network
The HSN is a government recognized and supported effort of holding observable data and base intelligence on Hylas. Often people representing for HSN either come from the Phantom Bolt team, or are some academic ryclin astronaut with a strong degree towards this goal. They then settle in on any number of metallic orbital fortress stations. Often these facilities are held in place over the stormy gas nature of the planet by having their own massive gravity center, and a series of structures built around it. Depending on the altitude, placement, or flow, they may find themselves subjected to being hit repeatedly by Hylas' volatile weather and atmosphere conditions, and often see turbulence. They endurance this for research, study, rift data, and even mineral gathering.
