Dragnima
A term essentially meaning Dragon Soul, its the title given to a specific kingly role known for ruling in Effulgence. While the kingdom is not ruled by dragons, its said that the king must be a drathnar they respect, and the title is earned by keeping in their favor and listening close to their guidance. In other regions sometimes a softer title of this is given to those doing similar work to earn favor of many dragons, but this is more of a nickname than a proper title outside of Effulgence.
