Varadia (Vuh-raid-ee-uh)

Varadia is a jungle laden peninsula, the landscape is flat and swampy sometimes dipping below the water table creating vast marshes and lakes that will fill in the rainy seasons and empty during the dry. The peninsula itself is filled with poisonous reptiles, crocodiles and snakes and is considered one of the most inhospitable places in the world.
The only culture that dares call this inhospitable land home is the dark elves of Vectus. Here they have built a civilization that uses the tributaries and waters of the swamps as literal roads in and out of the land.
