Kaleera is the undead deity of envy, hatred and undeath. She rules over all reanimation and despises the land of the living and all its residents. She envies the living and hates them at the same time. Her desire to destroy all around her drives her insane and keeps her moving towards her ultimate goal to end all life and resurrect it in glorious undeath.

Dogma

Kaleera teaches her followers that undeath is final step toward immortality and that the short lived, short-sightedness of the living races is to be taken advantage of. Only through hatred and envy can we bring ourselves to do what must be done to survive. Once we have transcended the mortal realm to beautiful undeath only then can we accomplish our true goals.

Depiction

Kaleera is often depicted as a once beautiful woman of whatever race reveres her with her skin rotting off in places and her bones showing in others. Sometimes she is depicted as a lich, others as a skeleton. But whatever her depiction it is always of some form of undead and always female.

Relations

Kaleera is on warm relations with Vectus who shares her love of the dark necromantic arts and also with Chas-Rim and Pelraxxus. Her undead minions spread his disease without harm and together they can make formidable allies. Kaleera is at odds with Deidren who despises her unnatural creations and with Erokris who seeks to heal the world around her.
