Keep-Them-Out Wand

A Keep-Them-Out Wand is a very rare anti-Fey device capable of preventing interplanar travel to and from the Feywild within a given area, and of damaging or destroying fey creatures that enter the area via ordinary means.
The wand is made of two lengths of wrought iron twisted together, ending in a point on one end and with a smooth jade pommel on the other end. A wand holds up to 7 charges. Any magic user can spend 10 minutes tracing the perimeter of an area up to a 30x30 cube and expend one charge to make that zone inaccessible to Feywild transport and hostile to fey for a duration of 8 hours. When a fey enters the area or starts its turn there, it takes 5d10 radiant damage. Upon taking this damage, any shapeshifted fey reverts to its original form and can't assume a new form until it leaves the area.
Multiple fey-hostile areas can be created at a time with this wand, so long as the user takes the 10 minutes to create them and the wand has enough charges to cast them. The wand regains 1d4 spent charges each dawn. If the last charge is expended, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand crumbles to dust and is lost.
