Amulet of the Golden Pumpkin

The Amulet of the Golden Pumpkin is a magical talisman given to Ganbold Tsuv the Dutiful Fool while in his service to the Pumpkin King. It was granted both as a reward for Ganbold's cleverness in finding a way to leave the Feywild and as an easy method for him to return to his duties there.
It is a necklace on a long golden chain, with a pendant shaped perfectly like a small decorative gourd. It grants its wearer the ability to teleport between or across planes, as with the Plane Shift spell. However, it has a tendency to malfunction easily, sending the wearer and everything and everyone around them to an unintended location, perhaps even on an unintended plane.
