Paragon Cache

The apparent cache of one of the legendary Paragon Arcanists consists of many types of documents. Most were written in Shadow Ink, a magical ink that appears only in absolute darkness, and about a third are blank. The following is a summary of the important points as written by the Arcanist in a sort of collation.

• RUNIC KEY PEDESTAL - "We created the runic key pedestals as yet another safety measure; the key affixed to the top will not moved 'lest three of the Runes are placed simultaneously in its proximity. We each know of the location of one so we need at least three Paragons, each of whom have a different Key-Rune, to unlock the key from the Pedestal.
• FAR REALM and the ELEMENTAL UPHEAVAL - "The very existence planes other than our own and those of the Elementals was deliberately kept from us, and Naeryl was ensorcelled by.....someone and led to the creation of the portal that most assuredly has caused this confluence of disasters. Who knows what came through before we got there. Only weeks later did word come of one such abomination and the obliterated village left in its wake. We were almost fractured as a cohesive unit until the greatest threat of all forced us once again to unite in a common purpose. Why those awful denizens of the Inner (Elemental) Planes began penetrating ours and set upon Iohesh after the opening to what we began referring to as The Far Realm is still a mystery. The maddening border of known reality that Naeryl opened is as far from the Inner Planes as one could imagine. This cannot be a coincidence."
• MYTHAL SEEDS/ARTIFACTS- It is agreed that we will keep the Mythal modules and the other Seed-imbued artifacts spread out and we have all taken the oath to refrain from accessing them in anyway, not even to refresh our spell reserves. More and more I find myself alone in realizing the plans futility. It has been near impossible to coordinate such a massive effort because we have to construct new (and VERY secure) caches, and we will need as much power a we can to erect and maintain 'The Barrier'"
• EVIDENCE OF TREASONOUS ACTIVITY/TIAMAT LINK - I made my decision and decided it was time to act. With the map I stole from the Sage Chronicler Segimeris I journeyed for many days and finally was able to make my way to the ruins of the old temple to the Queen of Dragons, which was exactly where the map said, hidden just east of the Deus Braid. Cernunnos, my powerful ally and guard was there too, and after my many supplications and the emphatic proclamation of my complete devotion she blessed me above all other. I began laying the groundwork to resurrect the plan that those of our ancestors failed at; paving the way for and summoning Tiamat herself to the Material Plane. The new Age of Dragons is soon to come! I sought out the Dragon Cultists who were misguided refugees from Iohesh who merely worshipped and served the Chromatics, and have begun reeducation them.  We are single purposed now; we will continue to search for the lost ritual Rites and Implements that were stolen from our failed predecessors.
