Viracocha
The Great Dragon of the Sky
The Sky Sovereign of the Pursuing Jungle, the eighth layer of Totripjah Uoinota, resides within an extensive cave network spanning the entirety of the layer. This cave network is Viracocha’s home and upon entering the tunnels immense air pressure builds and can be deafening to those on the surface, and permanently deafening to those unfortunate enough to be within Viracocha’s lair. If they are not jettisoned and battered across and out of the tunnels first. Viracocha acts as the Sky Sovereign of this layer and has cursed the landscape to be ever changing and any and all animals or creatures with animalistic tendencies will eventually succumb to the allure of this layer. This, in turn, turns the creature into a primal version of what it once was and they unwittingly become a petitioner of this layer. His mount is recognized to be a Yellow Drake.
Dogma
Viracocha is an inquisitive sovereign that spends most of Her time traversing Her layer in hopes of finding new prey. This is coupled with Her desire to harass any trespassers on Her layer and hunt them slowly as to cause them to develop paranoia and erratic behaviors. She prefers to exert Her presence and control over the wildlife of the Pursuing Jungle. Creatures that linger for too long, and have their minds broken by Her, will eventually succumb to the primal renaissance of the Pursuing Jungle and become one of Her sovereign peoples.
Gaining Favor or Redemption
Worshippers of Viracocha aim to utilize Her ideals for the betterment of balahran society. Because of this, the balahran peoples have taken it upon themselves to operate closer as a society and hold each other accountable for their word. However, the Sky Sovereign's favor is gained even when a balahran succumbs to their baser instincts and urges. Redemption for the Thirteen is only for those that are Chosen, and the Chosen must perform acts that are abhorrent to that Great Dragon. For Viracocha, this act is self control. To refine one’s actions and temper one’s willpower.
Interactions with the World
Viracocha influences the actions of Her worshippers through temptation, as is this is the typical corruptive action that all of the Thirteen use on their worshippers. Viracocha’s temptation upon Her worshippers is the innate instincts that all creatures have. This started as the base needs of hunting when hungry, mating when desired, and fleeing when outnumbered, but it developed into following a deeper instinct. The instinct of insightful observation and an understanding of the psychology of one’s opponents and analyzing of behaviors. And thus, Viracocha benefits from their adaptation in future generations.
