The Great Dragons of Kinship
Yng’velli, a topaz dragon, Ssa’sthalia, a silver dragon, and Rouscheriados, a red dragon, were once the sole council of Kalakona. Any actions taken against dragonkind was met with swift and decisive action. Dragons had nowhere else to go when they first appeared on what Xilunwa once was. Panic and destruction was in the wake of not only those that lived in these lands, but also the very people that this Kalakonan Council swore to protect. They sought to protect these dragons and unify them under one nation. And when war came to them, They did what was needed to stop the Thirteen and their malicious machinations. Their mounts are recognized as being a Crystalline Drake, Silver Drake or Red Drake respectively.
Dogma
The Great Dragons of Kinship are deliberative and fair in Their judgments as they all share different experiences. Each adopted the naming conventions of the mortal races for the purposes of maintaining platitudes with these races. Yng’velli is an incredibly nervous dragon who suggests the most cautious courses of action in hopes of preventing casualties and problems. Ssa’sthalia is very inquisitive dragon who expresses empathy for those that Their decisions would affect. And Rouscheriados is a proud and temperamental dragon that cares more for results if it means that Their people are safe and thriving.
Gaining Favor or Redemption
Balahran worshippers of the Alliance of Scales do not have to seek redemption from them as their faith is not gifted, but taken. The Great Dragons of Kinship’s favor is gained individually amongst Them. Yng’velli’s is through foresight and careful planning. Ssa’sthalia’s is through considering the aftereffects of decisions and actions. Rouscheriados’s is gained through decisive action and taking action when the moment calls for it.
Interactions with the World
The Great Dragons of Kinship influence the actions of Their worshippers through guidance. The Great Dragons of Kinship’s guidance upon Their worshippers is maintaining a sense of community and acting on behalf of that community for their benefit. THe Great Dragons of Kinship acted before the Alliance of Scales was ever formed. They sought out the balahran tribes and brought them together as a collective and formed their leadership. Eventually, the time had come to form the Alliance of Scales to combat the Thirteen. When this was done, and deliberation was needed for what was to happen to the Alliance when the Thirteen were banished, it was then decided through a unanimous vote amongst the council that they be banished as well. And thus, the Great Dragons of Kinship were the catalyst for the safety of Xilunwa from deific beings.
