Kihawahine
The Great Dragon of Unity
The Noble Master of the Gambler's Moratorium, the tenth layer of Totripjah Uoinota, resides in the noble’s suite of the Sinner’s Bluff riverboat. The riverboat itself holds a curse that the longer a trespasser remains, the closer the chains from the riverboat grow closer until they eventually take hold of the individual forcing them to gamble and indulge in the vices of the Sinner’s Bluff. Those that succumb to these vices without the chains will eventually be chained, but the chains are gentler with these willing gamblers. His mount is recognized to be a Styx Drake.
Dogma
Kihawahine is a dishonest master that cares only about tempting others into engaging in the vices of the riverboat. The Noble Master will make His rounds throughout the vessel, and if He were to find potential patrons that desire to leave, He will offer them potential freedom under the guise of concern. He will cheat, lie, and steal to make sure that these potential petitioners stay for eternity.
Gaining Favor or Redemption
Worshippers of Kihawahine aim to utilize His ideals for the betterment of balahran society. Because of this, the balahran peoples have learned to weigh decisions based on risk and reward. Redemption for the Thirteen is only for those that are Chosen, and the Chosen must perform acts that are abhorrent to that Great Dragon. For Kihawahine, this act is self-restraint. To stop one’s self from being tempted by vices.
Interactions with the World
Kihawahine influences the actions of His worshippers through temptation, as is this is the typical corruptive action that all of the Thirteen use on their worshippers. Kihawahine's temptation upon His worshippers is the desire to take risks. This started as having nothing to lose and tempting fate with risky, but highly beneficial, decisions, but it developed into weighing risks and rewards to see if the risk would truly be worth it. And thus, Kihawahine benefits from their forward thinking.
