Hameila Dacoria
The Great Being of Secrets
Hameila is a Jhar’irden that aided Nicodemus Mohr, the Icon of War, in His tribe known as the War Vultures. However, Hameila saw the human Icon as something more akin to a brother as opposed to an ally. She stayed as close as She could to Him, and eventually He saw Her as a battle-sister. Her many battles alongside Him were eventually dashed as Hameila had run into trouble with one of the Thirteen. Vook Dracul, the Great Dragon of Conquest, had laid siege upon the lands She was defending. As He advanced upon Her fort, He unleashed hellfire and debris upon the fortress. This had led to hundreds upon hundreds of casualties. However, Her body was never found. Her mount is recognized as being a Mega Raptor.
Dogma
Hameila is a secretive jhar’irden that ensured Her duties were kept within only a few select circles. Hameila is one that is difficult to trust, and more difficult to relinquish Her own safety to trust another. However, Her secrets were for the purposes of protecting others. Nicodemus was never made aware of Her intentions of becoming human to feel closer to Him as a sibling. To relate to the one that they viewed as a brother.
Gaining Favor or Redemption
Balahran worshippers of the Alliance of Scales do not have to seek redemption from them as their faith is not gifted, but taken. Hameila’s favor is gained through accepting change in all of its forms. To be willing to be reborn under a new identity if your current circumstances are not to your liking. Self-actualization, in Hameila’s eyes, is second to keeping those around you safe. Even if it means keeping secrets from them.
Interactions with the World
Hameila influences the actions of Her worshippers through guidance. Hameila’s guidance upon Her worshippers is that secrets that keep others safe are the only ones that should be taken to the grave. Though this seems like something that is against balahran culture, it is often overlooked that secrets do not imply lies. Hameila, in Her final moments in holding the line against the Thirteen while they were being banished, had made a pact with Vook Dracul. This pact was to prevent the Thirteen from interacting with the Icons as to keep Nicodemus safe. And thus, Hameila enforced the divide between pantheons as part of Her sacrifice.
