Dux Ekriot Cappirok

The Dwarven Dux of Kolscori. Ruler of one of the Duki in the Dukata of Syracae. Born to the royal family of Cappirok and a holy servant to the gods of his land. He is an honorable and just ruler who wishes to see Syracae return to its lofty station in days long past.   An older Dwarvish man. Tan skin wrinkled with age and struggle. His grey eyes look over the court and his hand balances the scales of justice. His crooked nose, broken by an ancient wound, sits above a black beard tinged with grey from age. He wears a reassuring smiles in front of his people, and waves at them with hands calloused from training. Upon the hand are two rings. One wears the signet of House Cappirok, a Vounic scale upon a heater shield. The fulcrum of the scale is the letter Tau. The second ring wears the symbol of Mycheri, a ring with two hands holding a ruby.   Living in Phiocia with his family and court, he lives in the center of Syracae politics and culture. His home is the recently constructed keep in the northern reaches of the city. Built upon one of the higher hills that was reclaimed from a ruined manor of a long dead family. Now, the Cappirok family watches their jewel from a high point.
