Yharnam Aetherical & Mechanical University

Yharnam Aetherical & Mechanical University ( Yharnam A&M or YAM) is a public research university in College District, Yharnam. It was founded in 335 T.D. and became the flagship institution of the Yharnam A&M University System in 401 T.D. As of 562 T.D., Yharnam A&M's student body is the largest in the Solar Quintet Alliance. Yharnam A&M's designation as a land, sea, space, and planar grant institution—the only university in the Core Worlds to hold all four designations—reflects a range of research with ongoing projects funded by organizations such as the Alliance Aeronautics and Space Exploration Administration (AASEA), the Alliance Institutes of Health, the Alliance Science Foundation, and the Office of Naval Research. The school's students, alumni and sports teams are known as Yams. The Yharnam A&M Yams athletes compete in 23 varsity sports as a member of the Core World Sports Conference.
