Aspectish

Aspectish is the language of The Aspects and utilizes real-world translations (English-to-Turkish).   During the Era of the First Aspect (Original Era), Aspectish was the global language ("Common") of Ölütanrı. All Elemental knew Aspectish in addition to their individual ethnic languages.   There are few, if any, Aspectish speakers in the world as a result of Müthiş Savaş - The 999 Year War. Any records of the language are restricted to relics and ruins of a forgotten age.

Writing System

Aspectish utilizes Latin (Turkish Alphabet) for its script and consists of 29 letters.   Notable deviations from Latin (English Alphabet) are:

  • Additions: Ç/ç, Ğ/ğ, I/ı (dot-less lowercase i), İ/i (dotted uppercase i), Ö/ö, Ş/ş, Ü/ü
  • Removals: Q/q, W/w, X/x (non-native Turkish; may appear in loanwords)
