Ëvoðo-Uroše

The Ëvoðo-Uroše is one of the fundamental tenets of nearly all Ibrófeneð cultures. In its simplest form, it is a value system that judges the disposability of an object. This arises from the fact that an Ibrófeneð must feed on rock to survive, but most cultures will simultaneously use rock as a medium for art and a building material, if not a general source of symbolic value. The Ëvoðo-Uroše is thus a general recognition of this complication and an internal judgement, both on the part of the individual and the general society, to respect any culturally, structurally, or symbolically important artifact to be off-limits in regards to consumption. Thus, this does not refer to the judgement of an object as being art or not art, or structure or not structure, but rather the treatment of an object that is already deemed to be art, structure, or anything of similar stature in the mind of the individual.
Being highly subjective depending on the exact culture, the Ëvoðo-Uroše is often used as a means to establish or control an accepted artstyle. However, it often comes into conflict with the Ëvoðo-Úktžö and the Ëvoðo-Hý, two less widespread but still highly impactful tenets which chiefly deal with the well-being of an individual, what maintains that well-being, and how these factors can be affected by oneself, others, and the unalive surroundings. Most importantly, the Ëvoðo-Hý places about the same amount of importance on physical well-being as it does on cultural well-being. This dichotomy is usually what prevents governments from using the Ëvoðo-Uroše to control the populace.
