'A spirit that controls rain and is capable of summoning hurricanes to blow the enemy away.'

  These headless water spirits appear like ordinary old men at a glance; some would even mistake them for a druid or shaman. However; these are elemental spirits of the rain. They have ties with the Deity known as Zeus; but it unclear of the exact nature of this relation.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Aged, headless humanoids with a conical straw hat covering up thier lack of head. They are adorned in purple robes and always have a magical lunar shaped staff on thier possession.

Ecology and Habitats

Generaly native to the clouds; they make their way to the surface to enact the will of their diety-whatever that might be.

Spellcasting: The Wetha's innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC13, +5 to hit with spell attacks). It can cast the following spells, requiring only its Water as a component:
At will: Shape water
1/day: create water (2nd level).
Once per day; As an action- the Wetha may use their innate ability to control the weather within 500ft of them, as per the effect of the control weather spell. However; only the wind and rain level can be altered by this effect; the 5th stage cannot be reached with this ability, and it takes an ation to change the weather state instead of the normal time (the spell still requires concentration).
