Paradox Testing Labs

Otherwise referred to as the P.T.L; this organisation is a secret branch of the Technikan Government, working for them to create military superweapons. Their personnel are usually heavily armed with the latest technology, and thier bases incredibly well defended. Due to thier goal of collecting and harnessing anomalous artifacts; they are constantly in conflict with the Order of the Steel cage, thus-fierce battles between the two are frequent and violent.
