Chaos Emperor Dragon
This fearsome draconic monster dwells in the Chaos Zone; an odd plane existing in the outer-planar 'null space' - where things that do not or should not exist dwell. Thanks to this bonding to this dimension, The chaos Emperor dragon is one of few to not possess a breath weapon, instead possessing the common chaos dweller ability to banish creatures from reality for a short time (by sending them to the chaos zone). Scholars have discovered their genetic composition is nearly identical to a Blue Eyes White Dragon, with the magical signiature phasing in-and-out of existance. Due to their destructive and disruptive power, they have been nicknamed 'The envoy of the End'.

Anatomy
A spiked, organically armoured Dragon with curved horns and flaming red 'hair'.
Genetics and Reproduction
Unknown; no person has ventured to the chaos zone and survived to document the possible existance of and breeding grounds or mating rituals. It is assumed they are similar to that of standard white dragons. however; only adult specimins have been encountered. It is theorised that the ability to escape the chaos zone is only realised at some point during adulthood.
Ecology and Habitats
It is known they predominantly dwell in the mysterious and undocumented chaos zone. Terrestrial specimins have been known to exist; but these are rare. such Individuals make their home in any high-magic zone, and generally do not make permenant residence. It is possible that they are eventually 'pulled back' to their home plane.

Low compared to its white dragon counterpart. they tend to be extremely vicious and animalistic-acting like a large predator.

A chaos Emperor dragon is an adult or ancient White dragon with the following deviations
Breath weapon is replaced by the at will spell 'Banishment' castable at 4th level for an adult and 6th for an ancient. The targets are sent to the chaos zone specifically. If targets are successfully banished by this effect, all hostile creatures within 60ft of Chaos Emperor dragon take 1D6 darkness damage for each creature banished.
The chaos emperor dragon 1.5x the health of the original chosen stat block.
