7 Sacred Seals

Long ago, before the time of Man, there was a great war, The Great War, waged between the Demons of Yomi and the Angels of Nirvana. A conflict so vast and bloody most had forgotten why they still fought. This great battle was concluded in a stalemate by the wizard MERLYN EMRYS, and a sacred deal was forged; Light & Dark would stay their hands for a third Kingdom, one of man, to rise, one that would break this cycle and finally lay the Great War to rest. This treaty was kept with SEVEN SACRED SEALS of the Apocalypse and once they were broken, came Ybbithal; The End War. Whichever Kingdom won this war would have the power of Creation and hold domination over all of existence!

The 7 Seals were made by Merlyn Emrys in an attempt to halt the endless bloodshed between the Kingdom of Gods and the Kingdom of Demons. The war was fought over the Power of Everything (Omnipotentence) but Merlyn knew if either side got their way it would undo all of Creation. And thus the Seals were conceived of. The Seals were agreed upon with the Abstract Arcana being responsible for punishing any who violated a Seal.

• Sacred Seal of Jötunheim -- Broken once Old King Bergelmir is stirred from his great slumber

Manifestation

Once a Seal is Broken, the Rune of that Seal is shown and then shattered. Alternatively, there are small compass-like items called a Seal-Charter which holds seven small recreations of the Seals to keep track if they are Broken.
