The Proud Weasel

A common drinking hole and resting place for the adventures that gets attracted to the Mortimear. The owner is a retired adventure, with all but one person of his past life dead, he doesn't talk much about his past life, but three memories of his past life hang on the walls of the tavern. A Wyverns head hanging over the door, a trolls skull sitting over the fireplace and his old trusted blade hanging over the bar, within reach, and still sharp.
The Proud Weasel serves several purposes, drinking hole for tired workers and adventurers. The place has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, it being one of the few places that serves anyone as long as they have the coin to pay for it. The tavern has a decent assortment of spirits, ale and wines to provide, with it being famous for it's Goblin Brew, one of the few legal ale's brewed by goblins, and highly sought out by tired workers for it's "uplifting" effects.
Thanks to the owners previous occupation he also acts as a quest broker for the local guilds, and more than happily helps out rookies to get a proper foot in the line of work the guild has for them. The tavern can't provide any rooms for it's guests but the owner has been know to allow adventurers, vagabonds and kicked out husbands to sleep around the hearth on cold, rainy nights.
