Gain proficiency with your chosen tool. That tool becomes your Elven Passion. You may use Dexterity instead of another ability when rolling your Elven Passion.
Action - Roll your Elven Passion. On a 30 or higher, gain a Surge of Pride and each creature within 15 feet of you gains 5 maximum hit points until they long rest. You may only use this ability once per long rest.
