Thieves' Cant

Thieves' Cant is spoken by those who deal commonly in under the table dealings, illegal markets and activities, and the criminal circle. A language that grew out of legalese, or perhaps in direct response to it? Regardless, this language is hardly spoken, but often written and, to the untrained eye, mistaken for jumbled thoughts in other languages.
