Session #29

Garret, Sir Rob, and Ralph hired three aspiring adventurers and went searching for the cause of some creepy noises from a house between Hommlet and the Moathouse. It turns out that there was a ghost, which terrified Sir Rob and Ralph, aging them both by 10 years. Garret figured out that the ghost was not a mean spirit, but one that just wanted to be put to rest. After an hour of the hirelings calming down Sir Rob and Ralph, the party searches the barn and found a giant spider, whom Garret quickly befriended. They then buried the bones of the ghost and Sir Rob performed the funeral.
The hirelings were named Ryaldo (m), Dyat (m), and Omenciuss (f). Dyat and Omenciuss are a married couple who are starting a new life of danger and excitement together and Ryaldo is an 18 yr old from Hommlet who wants to go Garret’s route and become an adventurer, if anyone is looking for a young, eager apprentice!
Sir Rob gave a beautiful eulogy, and the party did their best Ouritzo impression to properly lay this body to rest. Suddenly, Ouritzo doesn’t seem so old, after considering this is something he used to do often.
The man seems to have been murdered by bandits from the Temple of Fire. Ralph took what appeared to be a magical shield with their symbol on it that was left nearby.
