Odeus

All existence began in the Divine Order, a place of stability and equality, in which the good thrives and no darkness could touch the hearts of those who lived in it. At the pinnacle of it all, a great terror befell the world and destroyed all that Deon had created, rupturing the Divine and scattering its remains. Under great exertion Deon managed to pull the shards together again as best as he could, before making his way into the Void beyond to battle the foul Aeon and his minions.   Millennia later, the world that Odeus is now is a land of peace, after many centuries of unrest. Strict laws for trade and magic are in place to stop those that would enrich themselves by the suffering of others. Strange incidents, rivalry for power, and an influx of doomsayers cause unrest in the streets and upset the tender balance that has settled in society.   Odeus is a campaign setting for a D&D 5th Edition game, and as such there are many antagonists who have just begun to make a name for themselves. It is up to a little band of adventurers now to uphold the balance.
