Blood Speaker
Blood speakers are those who deeply study the Blood Language spoken by The Patron of Blood. They use blood to empower their speech and shape reality through the use of Blood Words, a Power Word Script
Language of Blood: You gain the ability to read blood script and may understand power words in the blood dialect
Blood Words: You may learn blood words and memorize them. The use of blood words cost max hp dependent on the word. You may subtract your proficiency from blood word cost. You may learn 2 of the following or randomly roll to have a chance at words not on the list. You may also choose one and one. Randomly rolled words have a small chance to be of a higher tier
Blood Word Options:
Pain Link
Cost: 15 hp
The target must succeed con vs you spell casting mod or your may link two targets. Whenever one takes damage, the other also takes half of that damage. You may choose if this link is two way or one way.
Bleed Over
Cost: 5hp
As a reaction to a creature dying of bleed, you may speak this blood word to cause the remaining stacks to transfer to a target within 15ft of the dead creature.
Rush
Cost: 5 HP
As a bonus action, you may speak this word. You gain +15 movement this turn and may dash as the same bonus action used to speak the word.
Blood Move
Cost: 10hp
Action: You take the form of blood and may move half of your movement speed. You can move through cracks and tight spaces freely. You are untargetable in this form, except for force, cold, and poison damage sources.
Blood Rain
Cost: 5hp
Action: Every creature within a 45ft radius takes 2d6 necrotic damage. You may center this on a point you can see within 120 ft.
Privacy
Cost: 10hp
You can speak in a mist of blood with another person without snooping eyes. No divination spells or keen ears can pierce this.
Cleanse
Cost: 10hp
Reaction
You may repeat the save against a spell or spell-like effect.
