Guard/ Warrior

Guard/ Warrior is the second rank in the Masked of Dantea as a faction military. It is the standard rank, which works full time in two areas. Guards patrol around settlements, looking out for criminals and help people in general, while Warriors are stationed at military-owned structures, ready to act during a situation such as a raid from a hostile faction or an outright war.

Joining requirements:

To join the rank, the person needs to be a member of the Masked of Dantea as a faction, and have at least 3 years of service as a Rookie rank.

Military equipment:

During work, Guard/ Warrior wears a gabeson or leather armor with a Arreum breastplate on top. They carry around a round shield, with a combination of a spear/ arming sword and a short sword. Warriors also, depending on the formation they are in, also carry weapons such as recursive bows or battleaxes.

Training:

While guards have 2 years of training, consisting of advanced combat and tactics training, while learning more about the law, warriors purely have a only the advanced combat and tactics training, which they partially continue after the 2 years.

Responsibilities:

Guard/ warrior responsibilities are the 2 years training. Guards additionally need to uphold the law at all cost and protect the place/ people they are guarding. Warriors additionally must serve during raids and times of war.

Special permissions:

Guards/ warriors are permitted to kill during their job when someone's life is at risk, can restrain a person breaking the law when they refuse to follow orders and are allowed to not wear masks during service.

Schedule:

This schedule only applies during their training and later on for warriors.

• From 6:00 to 12:00 they have have training
• From 12:00 to 13:00 they have lunch
• From 13:00 to 16:00 they have training
• From 16:00 to 18:00 they do works such as cleaning and guarding around their barracks

• From 8:00 to 12:00 they guard at their assigned location
• From 12:00 to 13:00 is lunch time
• From 13:00 to 14:00 they have time off
• (alternative) from 13:00 to 14:00 they guard their assigned location
• (alternative) from 14:00 to 15:00 they have time off
• (alternative) from 15:00 to 20:00 they guard their assigned location
• From 14:00 to 20:00 they guard their assigned location

• From 1:00 to 2:00 they eat their lunch
• From 2:00 to 3:00 they have time off

• (alternative) from 4:00 to 8:00 they guard their assigned location
• From 3:00 to 8:00 they guard their assigned location
• Rest of their day is off
