Tamriel Steps

The first mountain to be ascended by the Vucboon after the War of the Gods, this mountain is considered the most sacred on Obrios. Home to many temples and monasteries, most of Obrios make a pilgrimage at some point in their lives and climb to the top of the mountain. Many also climb the mountain to visit the temples and pray to the souls of their lost loved ones. The mountain gets it name from those who follow The Order of Light. They believe that when you die, your soul travels to the top of either the Tamriel or Kestramore steps and joins the sun goddesses in their divine domain. When ones soul reaches the top of the steps, if you have lived a fulfilling life of good, one of the goddesses will extend their hand and allow the person to join them in their domain in the sky. Others believe that when Tamriel was injured during the war, she retreated to the top of this mountain where she was then saved and healed by Kestramore.

Geography

This large rocky mountain is the smallest of the Great Mountains of Obrios with an altitude of roughly 2600 meters. At lower altitudes, there are quite a large number of rivers and streams that run down the mountain as well as various forested sections of Bazava trees. The rivers culminate at the base of the mountain and form Nen Odora, the largest lake on Obrios.

Fauna & Flora

The Tamriel steps are home to many of the species of Bahmaria, most notably the Mountain Bromal and Steeders. Various plant life exist at lower altitudes consisting primarily of various ferns and Bazava trees.
