Telepathy
"It is not up to you Mr Wolfrick. Your mind will speak... Or it will break."
Telepathy is perhaps the most difficult power to master, to the extent that only a few have ever managed it. The power is the ability to see into another's mind, however some have the even rarer ability to be able to manipulate other minds of others not just observe them.
Telepathy is first seen in Oblivion V, being employed by Eugene Fitzfurgel to control his vast spy network which he uses to bring down resistance cells throughout the west.
During the events of Oblivion V, whilst a prisoner at Broken Mountain Institute, Martin Wolfrick is forced to undergo the preparations that will lead to the same fate as the rest of Eugene's victims. However when the prison is liberated, Eugene wasn't able to finish the process, meaning that Martin was able to break out of his control and begin the process of becoming the manipulator.
Effect
The ability to read and manipulate minds to the casters will.
Side/Secondary Effects
Causes a physical drain on both parties involved, if done too many times can cause organ failure.
Manifestation
Cold feeling throughout the body.
Discovery
Telepathy was first discovered some five thousand years ago, but very few people can master the ability without going mad.
