They use a golden scarab as their symbol, and are dedicated to piercing the veil between life and death (fun people). Their leader, the Anubis, gives the title of Kephri to the Society’s most powerful members. While their members are scattered throughout the world, they are headquartered beneath the sacred site of Saqqara south of Cairo and West of Memphis.
Ultimately, they believe all evil is but one, and they call this Set. They feel battling demons and aliens is all just varying facets of the same source, and seek to destroy it in all its manifestations
FIELD ADVICE: These guys are ancient, even by the standards of the Disciples of Plato millennia ago. They have been pivotal in repelling alien invaders millennia ago and have dealt with many subsequent threats of varying origins since then.
Their ancientness does lead them to a certain amount of smugness, think the 52nd Earl of Wherever level smug, but given that their support is invaluable my advice would be suck it up and smile.
