Agrika (Ah-gri-kuh)
An age-old belief system revolving around spirituality with nature. Their main teachings, and these teachings are often passed on through bi-weekly meetings and moments of quiet meditation, include the acceptance of death and celebration of life. Agrika teachings come from ancient experiences of leaders given a role of mentorship. They often express their beliefs through skin paintings, necklaces and shrines.
Being an age-old belief system, Agrika is well established and known throughout the world, but their following isn't huge. Those who are part of this belief system see Agrika as a positive influence in life.
Followers are known as Agrikon.
Most followers of Agrika live in Whaldam, in or around The Garden, a secret plane of nature magic which is protected by Walia, their goddess. She symbolizes the duality, specifically life and death.
No one except Agrikon have seen Walia or the inside of The Garden. Although many people outside of Agrika, including the Tonnisteri Empire have tried. From what is told to outsiders, she is less of a goddess in the normal sense, but more of a nature spirit. Agrikon believe that she absorbed some of the power from the bomb which saved most of Obe from its destruction and radiation.
The best evidence of Walia's existence is that her symbol, the sun held by hands, is burned into the metal of the bombshell floating above Inasbridge.
The religion of Agrika started in Whaldam and was spread to Inasbridge after WTTS. the pocket dimension controlled by Walia, known as The Garden, has an entrance in Jesprune Castle, Whaldam.
