Lembap

Lembap is cursed from a more natural issue than magical issue. The city year around is constantly wet and it rains almost all the time even if it is only a little bit. This has caused most of the city to implement a sophisticated gutter system that runs through town to keep rain off the streets and out of homes. Regardless, the moist air makes it quite uncomfortable to wander the town outside for too long.
