Karang

Karang is half land city and half water city. The group that started the town had built floating immovable house boats with a large amount of connecting bridges that makes a water city. With this, they tend to rely a ton on fishing and resources from water. The people here even have an uncanny ability to hold their breath for longer than most other people.
